The Diplomat Hotel is located at 90 F. Ramos Street, Cebu City, Cebu. F. Ramos is located just off Fuente Osmeña (Osmeña Circle). If you are coming from Fuente, come off Osmeña Circle by Robinson's to the right, then on to Mango Avenue. This is by Robinson's Mall. At the first light just past Robinson's, take a right. This is F. Ramos Street. Continue down F. Ramos about 500 meters, and the Diplomat will be on the right. There is off street parking, as well as travel agents and a few other shops inside the building, lower level.

During my stay at the Diplomat, I had a Standard Room, which was offered at the cost of Php 1,040 per night. The room was clean and comfortable.

The room amenities included air-con, hot and cold water shower, a desk, a refrigerator, cable television, and a wardrobe.

My Room: The room was clean and comfortable.

Staff: The staff at this hotel was friendly, helpful and openly offered a discount on the room, prior to me seeing the rate schedule, only after asking what the current room rate was for that day.

Internet: The rate schedule shows that wireless is available, and I did see a man working on a computer in the dining area. However, I did not access the internet during my visit.
